1. Course Access and Payment

We offer both free and paid courses on our platform.

  • Free courses are accessible to all registered users at no cost.
  • Paid courses require a one-time, full payment before any access is granted. You will not be able to view or interact with the content of a paid course until the full payment has been successfully processed.

The pricing, course type (free or paid), and access details will be clearly displayed before enrollment. All payments are non-transferable and apply only to the user account that made the purchase.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.);
  • PayPal

All transactions are securely processed through third-party providers. We do not store your complete payment information.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for eligible paid course purchases within 7 calendar days, subject to the following conditions:

  • You have accessed no more than 10% of the total course content;
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment;
  • The course was purchased directly from our website and is not marked “non-refundable.”

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You have accessed more than 10% of the course content;
  • The refund request is made after the 7-day period;
  • The course was part of a discounted bundle or promotional offer marked as non-refundable;
  • The course is a free course (free courses are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made).

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

6. Course Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course at our sole discretion. This does not automatically entitle users to a refund unless it meets the refund eligibility conditions outlined above.

7. Taxes and Currency

You are responsible for any local taxes, foreign transaction charges, or currency conversion fees associated with your purchase.
