1. Introduction

Fullyda Edu is operated by FULLYDA TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD., a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore (registered number 201903079M) whose registered address is at 150 BEACH ROAD #28-05/06 GATEWAY WEST SINGAPORE (189720).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and related services. By accessing or using any part of the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.

If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein, you may not access or use the website or services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

6. Termination of Access

6.1 By the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our platform, services, and courses at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have:

  • Violated these Terms of Use or any applicable law;
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior;
  • Attempted to interfere with the normal functioning or security of the platform;

Termination may result in the immediate loss of access to your account and all enrolled course materials. In such cases, no refund will be issued unless required by applicable law.

6.2 By the User

Please note that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of access to all enrolled courses, learning progress, and purchase history. Account deletion is irreversible.

Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
